Gisell Arismendi

Gisell was born and raised in New York City. In order to satisfy her parents, her plan after graduating high school was to become a Biologist, which she rejected in order to pursue her goals. Today she is a graduate of The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts as a Theater, TV & Film Major. While training at her conservatory, she primarily worked on stage and was cast in the female leading roles of Veronica in The Motherf**ker With The Hat, Reggie in Some Girl(s), and starred in the title role of Marisol written by Jose Rivera. Post-graduation, she has tapped into other fields of the industry. She worked on music production at Sirius XM in the heart of Manhattan and had the opportunity of working with names like Cousin Brucie, Jon Cryer and Alfonso Cuaron. She is now serving as the Assistant Director of Bert V. Royal's hit play, Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead returning to the New York stage in February 2015 for the debut production of The Blockheads Theatre Co.
